So, after the bazillionth time that someone has commented on my, it must be two or three, drawings of characters from Sword of Shannara, I feel obligated to point something out.

I hate the book. I really do. I feel in my heart of hearts that it is a lackluster imitation of the Lord of the Rings, at best. I did it in grade nine, four years ago, as part of a novel study. I chose the book, obviously, before I had finished reading it, and despite having discovered halfway through that I didn't much like it, I had to finish the project. This project involved character studies of the main people, which had to include a picture of them. Hence, the drawings, which I threw up here because, at the time, they were an indication of my drawing skills. They are not intended as an homage to the book or the characters.

Sadly, pretty much everyone comment anyone who doesn't know me personally has made, has been about these drawings. So, I suppose what I mean is, please don't ask me to give me your opinion on your drawing, or ask me to do a better version, or tell me that my drawing is inaccurate. (Trust me, I had to include quotes from the book for this assignment, so any details I've included were interpretations of actual information from the novel.)

I really have no opinions whatsover on this series, besides not enjoying it. In fact, I may take them down altogether at some point, just to avoid this misunderstanding.
